AdColor Future 2024
At the 2024 AdColor Futures Hackathon, our team, Double-Stitched, developed innovative solutions for Vistale, a luxury fashion house. Together, we crafted two key approaches: The Double-Stitch Commitment and The Next Thread Initiative. The internal solution, The Double-Stitch Commitment, aimed to double BIPOC senior leadership by 2026, implement inclusive hiring practices, and empower communities through local material sourcing.
Externally, I led the creation of The Next Thread Initiative, an audience-drive campaign that empowered consumers to shape Vitale’s next collection through immersive storytelling, grassroots engagement, and interactive voting.
As Double-Stitched, we worked to bridge internal transformation with external engagement by aligning DEI goals with innovative strategies. We curated a mentorship council of cultural leaders and developed KPIs to measure impact, accountability, profitability, and sustainability. This collaborative effort demonstrates how purpose-driven campaigns can inspire cultural change while delivering measurable results.
